How the Exposure Handswitch Works

The handswitch is mainly used for X-ray machines (such as portable, mobile, c-arm, film machine, gastrointestinal machine, etc.), and can also be used for dental X-ray machines. There are different hand brakes such as one gear and two gears.
The working principle of the X-ray machine exposure handbrake: to control the X-ray exposure, there are two switches. Press the first gear to prepare for exposure, and press the second gear at the same time to complete the exposure.
X-ray machine exposure hand brake configuration: 3 cores 3 meters or 4 cores 3 meters, 6m, 10m can be selected according to needs. (3 meters refers to a 30-centimeter spring line made of a 3-meter straight line).
How to use the exposure handbrake? The exposure hand brake switch is a hand-held switch, with two grades of switches, press the button to turn on, and release it to turn off. Press the button to the first step to switch on gear I, and press all gears to switch on. At this time, gear I is still connected, and the handbrake is equipped with a fixed bracket. The service life of the exposure hand brake is also very long, the electrical service life can reach 300,000 times, and the mechanical service life is 1,000,000 times, so the exposure hand switch has a long service life.
