Newheek’s X ray hand switch is divided according to the gear position, there are currently three main types: first gear, two gears, and third gear. Today, I will explain to you the two-stage hand switch. As the name implies, the two-stage is two-stage, one stage is the exposure preparation stage, and the second stage is the exposure completion. (See L01 hand brake switch in the figure below)
Do you know why two gears should be set? Let me give you a simple example to make it clear. If there is only one gear, the doctor may unconsciously put the hand brake switch into his pocket after shooting the film. If you accidentally touch the gear at this time Position, it is easy to cause exposure, and the exposure will definitely emit X-rays, so long-term operation will be harmful to the human body. If the hand brake switch has two gears, the probability of triggering this exposure Will be greatly reduced.
Another thing is to set two gears as a reminder and preparation function: for example, when the doctor is filming, he will tell the patient how to set the position. When the exposure begins, the doctor will ask the patient if it is ready, and start shooting At this time, the doctor will press the first gear to be in the preparation state. If the patient’s position is not suitable, he will not press the second gear again, thus reducing the dose of X-rays.
See here to believe that everyone has a clearer understanding of why the two-position hand brake switch is set.
The composition of the hand switch is mainly divided into: handle, base, spring wire and joint from the appearance. The two-stage hand switch is mainly divided into 3 cores and 4 cores. The length of the spring wire is 3 meters, 6 meters, and 10 meters. If there are special requirements, our company can accept customized customization.
