There is only a pair of normally open switches inside the first gear exposure hand switch, which controls the opening and closing of a circuit to control the high-voltage circuit of the X-ray machine. When the button gear is pressed, the gear will sink to drive the touch The point contact closes the circuit and energizes the X-ray high-voltage circuit to generate high voltage to generate X-rays. When the button position of the exposure hand switch is released, the button position rises, so that the contact is opened and the circuit is disconnected. Because there is no high-voltage supply, X-rays are no longer generated.
In the dual-speed exposure hand brake switch, two pairs of normally open switches with different stroke control circuits are installed. The contacts of the normally open switch control the two circuits respectively. The exposure hand brake switch in the first position controls the X-ray camera to prepare for shooting. The preparation circuit is turned on and the X-ray machine is in the pre-exposure state. This state can be cancelled. Release the button cap of the exposure hand switch to cancel the no X-ray generation during the start-cancel process. The contact of the normally open switch controlled by the button position of the second gear exposure hand switch controls the X-ray machine high voltage generating circuit to close and generate X-rays. After releasing it, all the above circuits are cut off and the machine returns to the unexposed state.
The configuration of the exposure hand switch: 3 cores 3 meters or 4 cores 3 meters, 6m, 10m can be selected according to the needs. (3 meters refers to the 30 cm spring wire made in a straight line of 3 meters).
