When the switch automation is used, the filament is heated continuously and the filament temperature keeps high temperature, which will shorten the filament life. After the first step of the X-ray Exposure Hand Switch is pressed, the DR equipment will immediately heat the bulb filament. The filament temperature will be heated from warm state to the burning state of about 2000 degrees. After the exposure, the filament temperature will drop, so that the filament can be protected. After pressing the Xu reserve file, if the second gear is not pressed for a long time, the filament will always be in a high temperature state. This is a wrong way to damage the X-ray machine.
Let’s see the correct way to use it: after pressing the reserve gear, press the second gear of the switch automation continuously in 1-2 seconds to complete the exposure. The whole process of reassurance is fast and the switch automation can’t be stuck in the brake slot. It is the correct way to use the brake, which is conducive to protecting the X-ray machine.
