A few days ago, we received an inquiry from Turkey, saying that we had purchased our X-ray exposure hand switches and wanted to buy 50 pieces again.
We asked him about the model it needed and the length of the line it needed. Soon we got a reply from the customer and sent us a photo about the X-ray exposure hand switch we had bought before. The model was marked and the length of the line it needed was measured. The total length from the handle root to the line root is 80-90 cm. Customers say it should be this line length, but according to the data of our factory, this is a 6-meter-long X-ray exposure hand switch, which is a 60-cm coil made of 6-meter-long wire.
The customer also provided his company information, mobile phone number and address, and then we made a formal invoice to him. Two days later, the customer did not respond. Today, I tracked an email to the customer and asked him if he had checked our form invoice. Do you have any comments on our products or prices? And received a response from the customer, he wants to know how we will be transported to Turkey, and what the price is.
These are actually reflected in the formal invoice, and then I responded to the customer’s email, and put in the screenshot of the invoice for the customer to view.
