We asked the customer about his company information and his email address. Subsequently, credit guarantee orders were made to customers and formal invoices were made. However, the customer has not received any information, and no response has been received to follow up the mail to the customer.
Half a month later, the client responded that she was not in the office at the moment, and the payment would be sent back to us after he applied to the finance department. But I haven’t waited for news from customers.
Follow-up tracked 5 or 6 email customers have not responded. At 7 p.m. on the 15th, the customer suddenly paid, but there was no news.
After we arranged for production, we were ready to arrange for delivery, but we never got the customer’s telephone number. After finding the customer’s website, he dialed the number on the website and asked if he could fill in the mobile phone number. Then we arranged for delivery.
