Recently, we received an inquiry from a customer in Thailand regarding our exposure hand switches. The customer expressed interest in two specific models: the L01 and L04 exposure hand switches, primarily intended for use with mobile DR (Digital Radiography) systems. Let’s delve into the details of these two hand switches together:

L01 Exposure Hand Switch

Internal Structure: It features a double-key double-opening design, utilizing mechanical push rod transmission. The switch assembly incorporates an “OMRON” micro switch, renowned for its extended service life and heightened sensitivity.
Durability: The mechanical life of the L01 is rated at 1 million cycles, while its electrical life stands at 200,000 cycles.
L04 Exposure Hand Switch

Internal Structure: Similar to the L01, the L04 also boasts a double-key double-opening configuration with mechanical push rod transmission and an “OMRON” micro switch for enhanced longevity and responsiveness.
Enhanced Durability: The L04 surpasses the L01 in terms of durability, with a mechanical life of 50 million cycles and an electrical life of 300,000 cycles.
Detachable Handle: A notable feature of the L04 is its detachable handle, allowing customers to assemble it themselves as needed.
Customizable Cable Lengths: The L04 exposure hand switch is available in various cable configurations, including 3-meter 3-core, 3-meter 4-core, 6-meter 3-core, 6-meter 4-core, 6-meter 6-core, and 10-meter 3-core options. Additionally, the length of the spring wire can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
